Who: Your cabinet installer, your handyman, or yourself should install your farm sink into the cabinets so that it fits seamlessly for your kitchen or workspace.
When: After the installation of your cabinets, yet before your scheduled template appointment.
What: Please ensure that your farm sink is installed within the cabinet in a way that aligns the sink’s top with the cabinet’s surface so that it is completely flush. The edge surrounding the sink will match the material thickness and edge type selected for a cohesive appearance.
What not to do: Although it’s uncommon and not the standard practice, we typically do not advise adding plywood on top of your cabinets to level the sink with the plywood. If you believe your situation requires a unique approach, we encourage you to discuss it with your salesperson.
